Stayed recently and James and Liane made me feel very welcome. Thank you!On south sloping terraced land, this is a spacious back-to-nature getaway with trees and all sorts of birds. Nice shower block. Compost toilet. Communal wooden building for cooking, washing up, eating and bird watching! (James, a big Scotsman from the Outer Isles, crafts a lot with wood and natural materials) The campsite is bring your tent or hire on site erected bell tents and "shepherd huts". No facility for camper vans. Great location for exploring the Tamar valley.Certainly on MY map!
Gorgeousness site, beautiful comfortable tents and great communal areas with first rate opportunities for star gazing and watching birds and bats.
The most beautiful, super secret getaway you could imagine. The Copper Pot Campsite is cosily nestled in the Cornish countryside along the river Tamar and uses the natural landscape to create a serene camp spot. I loved my time here, James and Liana have put a lot of work into the place and are very accommodating. Theres all sorts of birds, wildlife and theres a pub a small walk away. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying the area.
This site is the ideal place to get away from it all. James and his wife looked after us really good. Looking forward to its grand opening. DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK
