We had an ongoing problem with our main waste outlet, which 4 previous companies had failed to satisfactorily diagnose. They temporarily cleared the blockage but some months or a particularly heavy rainfall later and boom! the problem was back.Phil from DTE did some initial investigative work with the rods and then the jet and diagnosed the problem (a collapsed area a short distance from the main drain cover). He then worked all day until dark to dig out all the rubbish left by builders(!) in the hole and replace the broken pipe with a nice shiny new plastic pipe. He was professional and courteous throughout, took numerous photos and described every part of the process from start to finish, keeping me in the picture at all times. A real nice guy and excellent service at a very reasonable rate compared to many of the firms offering only basic unblocking for double and sometimes triple the rates.Definitely recommend! :)))
