Horrible experience.. I was next to a family member when a disagreement happened. Which didnt involve me.. I said nothing at all until I asked a question, I wasnt rude it was genuine question. One of the main vets then swore at me! I am now band from the vets and was made to feel like a criminal. When I ask what am I band for the vet couldnt give me a reason. The vet yet again was rude and liked the feeling of having power obviously. I will never ever go back to the vets and my new vet cannot believe how I have been treated as I was not involved in the argument.. My new vet is just as good as the vets here are at treating animals as Im not saying they cant do their jobs but my new vet is half the price I was shocked at how much I saved. This certain vet can obviously not handle a heated discussion ( which didnt involve me ) I was just stood near like the other customers. I dont live with the family member. So why I am band I dont know.. Disgusting customer service I had.. would totally understand if I done something actually wrong. A nasty bully of a vet.

Calweton Vets are brilliant. Helpful, polite, professional, knowledgable, clean and tidy, amazing with our cat. Owen is a great Vet. There is a lady vet or nutrionist that we think is great too but cannot remember her name. Highly recommend this Practice to all pet owners
Brilliant and compassionate staff. Took my puppy in after a serious accident. The staff were very professional and efficient. They really care but don't let this get in the way of doing a very good job.
We've been bringing our cats here for 4 years and very happy with the service provided. Fantastic team; always friendly, helpful and welcoming. Very short waiting time and reasonable fees. Would thoroughly recommend.
