we stayed at the Lilliput cottage at trehill cottages. We definitely feel that we got a so much better place than we thought it would be. Even though weather turned a bit cold while we were there it stayed very warm due to central heating. The cottage is set away from the other Trehill cottages, so definitely feels more privet, especially when using the hot tub, which was super. The China Fleet club is worth visiting especially for the gym, pool and spa area (the latter was a real find). The grounds are spacious and very well kept. Owners were helpful on arrival, and gave perfect directions to help us get there, but left us to ourselves fir the rest of the trip. Just great.

Lovely set of holiday cottages nestled in a quiet location not far from the main road. Fishing lake in centre of property which is well stocked with mirror carp, spinners plus others. Lovely views across fields and close to local town Callington for all amenities.
Lovely cottages, lovely location, lovely people.We stayed here for a family holiday primamrily for the fishing and we were not disappointed. The cottage was excellent. very comfortable and just a few yards from the main fishing lake.Perfect spot for teaching kids to fish. We caught everything from tiddlers to some pretty large ones, the biggest being about 15lbs.A word of caution. This is not a commercial fishing place. There is no bait shop but the plus is that only people staying at the cottages can fish there. Finally a word of thanks to the owners who made every effort to ensure we had a great time
